state of the art, EFSR (Early Fire Suppression Response) sprinkler system
protects over a million cubic feet of vital documents stored beneath.

recordkeeper utilizes a high density shelving system to store various sized
archives. From check boxes to legal sized transfiles & architect tubes, we
can store and manage all of your vital documents. We use Crown & Raymond
order pickers to pull and re-file archives.
Soft media
recordkeeper offers vault storage for your extra
sensitive media. We can store your company's computer back-up tapes, films, etc.
in our climate controlled media vault. Our media vault is protected from theft
and fire 24 hours per day via an independent FM-200 fire suppression system.
FM-200 has been rated as a superior fire suppression agent. FM-200 is a
clean, dry agent that would discharge within the media vault to extinguish a
fire, in the unlikely event that one should occur. FM-200 does not damage computer
media in any way because it is a clean agent.Your media is perfectly safe and
sound within our vault, thanks to FM-200.
Your Documents are Safe with recordkeeper
recordkeeper is protected 24 hours per day, 365 days per year by a state of
the art security system including Pass Point, proximity card readers at all
doors, closed circuit television cameras at all entry points and various hidden
locations, motion detectors, etc. to provide our customers with superior theft
and fire protection. Our intrusion alarms and fire alarms are monitored at all
times by a central station monitoring service.
